Absolutely devastating this has t worked out; not because of lampard but because we simply can’t be replacing managers every 12 months because of the shambles of the club.

The fact we are pining for Sean Dyche, a man who is a lot more of a gamble than people think, says the state of this once great club.

However:
His in game management is beyond abysmal. He can’t sense the danger and does not make any proactive changes

Secondly, I don’t think we work on any attacking phases. I know our player are atrocious, but there doesn’t seem to be any cohesion when we break

I like Frank, but he is out if his depth, especially at this moment in time with Everton being in a state of chaos.

We need Kenwright to step down, and an experienced Premier League manager to come in, to really have any chance of reversing this now.

Three things became apparent today for me…
1) Lampard lacks either the confidence or the courage to replace the so called ‘star players‘ the fact that Iwobi finished the game still on the pitch was a disgrace.
2) Lampard seems to have accepted defeat, there was no spark, no passion from him. He should have been roasting them the way they all turned into cowards in the second half.
3) whoever we get to replace Lampard, needs to eb an old fashioned grock type manager who will instantly bench those who wont fight for him. Because one thing became crystal clear to me today and that is if, god forbid, we do go down with this lot, we are going to be down for years!
