Sadly I would have to say sack him. He just looks lost now, he will definitely take us down, I'm pretty sure his replacement, whoever it is, will take us down, the players are just not good enough for the most part.

I think an experience manager will be able to reverse the damage done by Lampard.

I’ll be Frank, I was desperate for him to do well but it’s now or never getting someone fresh in, and I’m not in the sacking manager camp. But I think we need a fresh look at it. We can’t play 3 at the back with wing backs as ineffective as Coleman and Mykolenko.

Like Frank a lot. Its never been pretty and regardless of other factors he managed to keep us up did keep last year. That being said he will unfortunately be the one to take us down this year. No way he gets us out of it.

Sack him, keep him it will make no difference. This problems go far beyond him and won’t be solved in the short term.

I understand our team is poor, but we have some good pieces and we have to hide the poor pieces. For example mykolenko is better (I use lightly) at defending than attacking…so he can’t be used as a lwb. not making subs till the 77th minute or until we’re losing is on him.
