Disastrous appointment all round imo brought in to promote the youth clearly not up to scratch for a job like this. Does a good job inter grating the youth whom most are boyhood Chelsea fans been coached and given there debuts by whom I would assume there idol. Could have a good chunk of the squad unhappy

Tuchel won’t last 18 months there. He’s another one who will blow out quickly.
It probably doesn't matter to Chelsea; as long as he can get some kind of return from Werner, Havertz. I think Tuchel makes the most sense and I am sad that they're going to make up for the mistake of Lampard by bringing in a guy who can work in their recruitment system, has a proven record and will make them far more competitive than they are now. Honestly, I was hoping Roman would stick to his guns with Lampard a little longer because of the entertaining combination of arrogance and incompetence.

Fat Freddie's days were number when Tuchel got the boot at PSG regardless of form.

Lampard was only there to see them through the Transfer ban and he did better than expected.
Was only a matter of time before they wanted a top manager in there.
Fat Frank was our Fat Sam

I don't think Tuchel has justified the hype that has followed him about.

My mum would walk the French league season in, season out and I refuse to forgive him for taking a Dortmund side to the pit and completely capitulate whilst he stood on the touchline and done a great rendition of a rabbit in headlights

They finished 3rd the season before though.
You are not goin to keep a job at Chelsea spending over 200 million and been in 9th.
I think he took it 2 or 3 seasons too early.
Needed more experience

Agree with that. The money spent was always gonna be an issue rather than being a good enough manager. The levels are completely different.

What a horrid club though. Binning a club legend off off like that and the fans being all fine with it. No shame.

They got someone in cheap cos of the transfer ban. He did well considering but they were always gonna get rid when it became the big boy level.

...nah, you have to take these opportunities when they arise.

Yeah. I don't get the finger pointing at "name players getting the top jobs" compared to grafting managers. It's not like they apply for the jobs, they get asked and say yes.

Paul Ince in MNF said the same thing. Blackburn offered him the job and he knew he wasn't experienced enough for it...but you can't say no.

Owners fault more than anything

Mad the mistake of buying a load of players and then he had no choice but to throw the young lads out for big names who are flopping atm
