Sack race 23/24 season

I don't. In some senses, it's commendable that he's trying to play attractive football, but if he plays like this against many teams they'll get dry bummed.

This would be beneficial for us.
Indeed, I’m taking all logic out of the equation (ie hoping managers stay so there’s a chance they do worse than us 🤣)
Never gave much of thought about him before but since the end of last season I seem to seeing, hearing and reading everywhere about his great season and how great they are.
GTF.

They'll have paid at least part of his contract up, to avoid ending up in court for constructive dismissal a la Keegan and Newcastle.
I'd think its more than that. Going into a new season with a squad worse than last year with a manager who no longer gave a cr@p would be almost certain to send them down. Better to pay him off to some degree and make the separation easier, and get in a new manager who'll go for it from day 1.

I'd think Pochettino is going to have an interesting time too, won't be in the first three to go, but I have my doubts as to whether he'll last the season. I'd really wonder how much say he has in all of these signings that are happening, and after suffering the nest of vipers in the PSG dressing room, how much patience will he have for all the ego's in an oversized squad that will all think they should be playing. Potter got given a lot of time, but they'd paid through the nose to take him off Brighton, whereas they paid nothing for Pochettino. Plus if they go on a losing streak, I'm not sure how the fans will take all the abuse from the spuds.

Davey Moyes though, signing Maguire and McTominay would be proper brexit, 4-4-2, up-and-at-em signings. I can't see that working out at all and would be the final nail in that coffin. They should have cut their losses regardless of winning the euro conference cup.

Whoever is managing Bournemouth

Google is saying Iraola who I like, but to me they’re the team that isn’t that talented and might panic when they start losing.

I think Paul Heckingbottom has to be in contention. He did an interview on Talksport last week, basically saying that his squad was too small and the board know what players he wants and they are trying to sign them.

Understandable given the players that have sold, but he seemed on the cusp of going “full Scott Parker”.

I would say Dyche is in there as well, just because of our boards track record and the fact we still don’t have a striker.

Lastly I would say David Moyes, think he was close to the sack last season, West Ham have a new Director of Football and if the new signings don’t hit the ground running, he will be under pressure again.

I'd argue for Dyche hasn't started well but lack of new signings, injuries and boardroom chaos but management-wise I think he is feeling the pressure at a big club.

His decision to keep Keane has cost him massively in the eyes of the fans but I hope he turns it around for all our sakes.
