Just to throw this into the mix.

I had a conversation today with a respected footy journalist.

He said that the word amongst the journos, is that Silva is red hot favourite to replace Allardyce.

I'm not claiming to be ITK, just repeating what he said.
Oh that's interesting. Maybe even worth a couple of quids in a bet. Keep us updated please mate.

After having a good long think about this.I would still be of the opinion, that Sam Allardyce is not fit to manage a club, of our illustrious stature and standing in the game. When he does go.It will be kind of like when someone with a serious body odour problem, is after leaving the room.It will take time to cleanse the club, of that overwhelming stench of corruptness gravy and mediocrity.

You think that there is a team in the bottom 3 that can make 10 points on us out of the last 8 games? And that all of the other 8 teams will also make up the points difference?

Effing ridiculous isn't it? And what out of the two trips to anfield suggests "will almost certainly lose to the bitters?"

He's doing an incredible job so far and i look forward to what he will bring with a full pre season under his belt. The football will improve when he has his own players (look at Bolton after he got JJO and Campo, and even to an extent West Ham with Sakho and Valencia) and lets be honest even now he looks like Pep compared to what Moyes dished up year in year out.

Our home form under him is title challenging form and i have full faith he will sort out the away form and see us challenging for top four next season.

It's like you think you're writing to five year olds who won't understand your amazing sarcastic whit.

Why did you have to think long and hard, Corky?

If he's here next season or not it's going to be detrimental, he's here next season then we won't improve, but if he's here to the end of this season, then we don't get the chance for a new manager to come in and review the squad to see who they may potentially want as new signings to improve us. It doesn't look good for us at the moment.
