Walsh's credibility is shot, and his role will be much reduced in the coming period. Allardyce will have to go asap while Elstone will be no loss. The club cannot move forward otherwise
I do agree mate, but I`ve got to very reluctantly agree with @orly, in that there is no way the club / Moshiri, will totally dismantle the upper echelons of the club in one fell swoop.

Kenwright and Elstone remaining in reduced capacities, seems to be to be the best we can hope for :(

The order of sackings should be:
1. Allardyce
2. Elstone

Walsh can be left in situ and ignored. Kenwright and co will be bought out anyway soon, regardless

disagree, you want the new CEO coming in and instantly booting out Walsh then Allardyce, makes a nice first impression that does.

The fans will be screaming and yes, they will be right. But Moshiri won't want another period of uncertainty if Elstone leaves.

People need to hope Kenwright + Elstone stay.
Sorry I’m a bit confused, what has Elstone leaving and us getting a new CEO got to do with Allardyce? That’s like saying well Asda are getting a new CEO so we can’t fire that person who crap at there job.

Elstone will stay till his replacement is found but that has nothing to do with on the field. It’s up to the board or Moshiri to sack the manager and if Kenwright is staying, he won’t want Allardyce as manager next season

I know you are mate, which is why I've explained it at length here

and elsewhere.

Too much organisational change in short period = chaos. Look at West Brom for this in action.

I would argue that we are in a state of some degree of chaos as it is. The incompetence of the CEO has left a vacuum at Board level, while the manager has alienated the whole of the fanbase, with more to come. A new CEO and manager would invigorate the club, imo.

Both will stay mate. January's window was a success, the previous failures are on Koeman (rightly or wrongly), Moshiri just wants Prem safety while the tricky bits of stadium project are negotiated (see Echo) and he won't want CEO + DoF + Manager and staff all to go in preseason.

Sorry, but that's the way it is.
Who are you saying was the reason for January success? We signed a proven premier league player, a striker that the manager doesn’t want and we still didn’t sign a left back

Walcott : Undeniably has proven good signing
Tosun : A striker the manager wanted in his last role, too, and has now been integrated properly into the side, and has scored two goals

Didn't need a left back now Baines is back and Martina is backup now we are safe / not in Cups / not in Europe, better to wait until summer, more options.

Moshiri will look at January and think 'ok, perhaps Koeman was the problem, Allardyce has given us the minimum requirement, I'd rather restructure the club'.

Echo has now confirmed this.

Your wrong mate, We are not going to keep the most unwanted manager and clueless manager with a worse record then Martínez and Koeman because we are getting a new CEO, the 1st thing the new CEO would recommend is getting rid of the universally unlike manager and getting the fans back on side as no fans no team.

Martinez was reviled towards the end; fans still attended in record numbers, season ticket sales excellent.
Same for Koeman.
Same for Allardyce now.

Fans will still turn up, that's a proven fact. It won't worry Moshiri at all, our main income is TV rights and selling players, Mr Grumpy from Skem deciding his Saturday is better spent at home won't phase him.

If Elstone goes, the manager will stay. If he stays, Allardyce will go. Continuity.

Steady the ship? We won 1 away game under Allardyce, we been beaten by Watford, Burnley, Liverpool(fa Cup), spanked by Spurs and Arsenal all in the last 2 months. Currently 6 points off 7th

Like it or not, Allardyce was appointed by the board to keep us up (we fans might not think we were in trouble, but the Board did). He has achieved what they wanted. Why would Moshiri change?

The footballs terrible the fans don’t want him, nothing in his history except 1 season at Bolton to suggest he can crack the top 4, he’s not a big name, not a big pull as manager, talks the club down, doesn’t understand Everton and is a negative minded manager

Nobody is disputing that buddy. However he's in, he has delivered his minimum requirement, the club is probably pretty bored of paying severance every year for the last two years, and major clearouts of playing staff and executive need to happen this summer. Coaching staff 100% safe.
