Silva is ten times the manger Hughes will ever be, people are getting a bit blinded by picking his negatives, just from the prem. Seems nobody is remembering the good work he did before coming to the prem.

Watford were favourites to finish bottom, even after that poor run he left them mid table which was well exceeding expectations.

Quique Flores did more with less at Watford.

Mindset is a massive part of it...

He is the only one who managed to get us an away win this season.
Against a very poor Newcastle team whose goalkeeper handed us the goal and they hit the woodwork at least twice if I remember.

Then we played the mighty WBA with NO I repeat NO shots on target all game.

The man has stole a living out of football

I don't care who it was against or if they hit the post etc and neither does the league table. Our away form is utter garbage but he did get us our first away win in aeons.

We have been crap for ages, not sure what you are expecting with the exact same players (got a few more since and we seem to be a little bit better)

As for stealing a living out of football. Meh, he has done decent jobs at other clubs. I dont want him either, never did but lets not pretend all our problems are down to him because its not remotely true. He is our manager BECAUSE we were crap.

Totally agree with the points that you make.

The thing is me like you are sick of us being crap and if we don’t voice our concerns and cause unrest against this shambles of a management team, this board will quite happily go with this next season and that is something I cannot stomach.

Since the late 80’s We have become a bang average side, just making the numbers up, Goodison is like a morgue on match days.

The football under this buffoon is absolutely dier and always will be.

Once he goes, I will be happy be brought Theo to the club and shipped out Mirallas and Besic. That'll be a good enough legacy for me.

I don't think they were at all you know mate.

Is anybody else of the same opinion as me?

Marco Silva already on the our payrol. Why else wouldn't of Southampton gone for him?

I reckon he is pulling a wage from us already and he will take over on the 1st of July.

Im prepared to be vaulted.

Sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere and missed it.
