Any positives ?

He was the best we could get at that specific time when we were in the bottom six & getting desperate for a replacement when Koeman got sacked & Unsworth was struggling.

He has pulled us clear of relegation & stablised our club with a couple of good signings that has strengthened our squad...

He is up for the challenge & wants the job....

Wrong.

He was up for the pay day and nothing else.

He`s done nothing to try and change the perception of himself as a manager and he`s done nothing to try and restore his tarnished image, after getting caught with his fingers in the England till.

Not needed and never wanted and a stain on the clubs history still remains the case.

I agree with you, nobody could even contemplate giving him another season. The days of this type of manager have gone.

Absolutely nobody with any self respect would look at the performances we've put in under him and go 'aye, keep him on.'

There's a reason he's only managed garbage sides before and if it wasn't clear to you before this stint, I hope it's clear now.

He's gone in a few weeks, no doubt about it.

I have an inkling that decision has already been made and the impending Derby defeat will only cement that feeling.

If this is the case & we will see I hope we have a manager lined up ready to takeover & who is going to be committed to a 3-5 year plan....

Be interesting to see what happens after the Derby if your info is correct...

Hindsight is a wonderful thing but be intresting to see where we be now with rihno inchcarge

If i had to guess id say maybe 3-6 points worse off

I think we shud just get him to end of season hes done his job been paid very well for it then mutually split

Next appoitment is HUGE

I don't think 'pulled us clear of relegation' is wholly accurate , I would say he managed to maintain the gap between us and the bottom 3, a gap which already existed when he assumed control.
By contrast Carvalhal did actually 'pull' Swansea out of the relegation zone and has a good chance of keeping them out. And that with a far worse squad.
