With all due respect mate , we were in relegation fight when we were trying to play attacking football under a certain stylish manager with an attacking philosophy . so although without a doubt what big sam is doing is boring , our board need to realistic while choosing his successor . and it should not simply be another attacking philosophy manager from foreign league

It should be an attacking manager. Dull percentage football has had its day. The ceiling with that style is as low as it's ever been. Lower midtable at best. 9th or 10th like we are essentially.

I was happy when we went for Sam and I was proved right in that he would definitely keep us in the Premier League.

Moving forward, we need better. People will hate it but I’d love Sean Dyche here.

Or take a punt on a foreign manager like Carlos Carvahal.

Anyone suggesting the likes of Tuchel and Simeone - don’t make me laugh. We’re not that club.

Pipe down manc

Give it a rest Soap, hopefully City will give your lads a good pumping later and you'll be on here trying to defend 'Jose'

There is somewhere in the middle, mate

So you are of the opinion footballers earning upto £150k a week are told not to be able to control a ball or panic at the first sign of an opposition player running at them?? That's a strange concept that you feel the manager is responsible for the basics once the match starts.
Not at all, but certain players keep doing it and the manager still plays them in the team, so they either need to practice more and improve on weaknesses or be dropped and that is down to the manager. Ultimately i think it is down to the fact that a number of our squad are simply not good enough at this level.

Yes and I stated that his team selections and tactics are awful, he's rotated the squad a lot the players make the same mistakes, they also have to take the blame for poor performances. I haven't been sticking up for Allardyce have I simply saying that the players are to blame as well.

if he leads us to europe , Moshiri wont have any reason to look somewhere else . n qualifying for europe looks like a real possibility ..looking at our remaining fixtures

Europe is out, I am afraid :(

Even we win all our games it would take a total collapse by Burnley.......they are eight points ahead of us with a game in hand and a GD which is worth another point to them.

But if no Europe means no Sam then that would be a sacrifice worth making ;)

I hate even more after listening to his post match interview driving home....me me me me....hes kin clueless..

why was big sam referring to palace n benteke in his pre match conf . i listened to it partially n was confused why they r being mentioned before a derby press conf .
