BS has definitely had a positive effect since joining us. Two clean sheets, two wins and half a dozen goals scored has moved us up to tenth place, something that David Unsworth, sadly, may not have achieved.
I think the players realized that BS would not suffer fools gladly and that not playing for the manager, AGAIN, is not an option hence the improved performances. Just a bit peeved that they wouldn't play for one of our own.
One other aspect to consider is his willingness to bring in a Sports Psychologist. He recognizes there is a problem with morale and will attempt to do something about it, something previous managers did little to address. Who knows it might even help with the RS conundrum....
hopefully.
He wasn't my choice for manager but he does seem to be moving us in the right direction and by doing so deserves our support.

martina has done alrite under sam hahahaha

he's hardly been tested and still looked shabite

Yea, we might get battered and they'll probably hit us hard on both wings. We keep two clean sheets in a row for the first time this season with the same back four and on here Martina is crap and Kenny is the next Cafu.
If Martina and Kenny both screw up on Sunday, one will be slaughtered and one will be given a pass.

I agree until the point about Baines and Jagielka.

It's just an opinion but I think both are at least worthy of a place in the squad, Baines as a starter.

Look around the PL, how many full backs are there that are definitely better than Baines?

Mendy? Yes
Utd don't have one.
Alonso? Nah.
Alberto Moreno? Not a chance.
Milner? Nope
Danny Rose yes is a better full back.
Bertrand too.

But that's it. Baines just isn't as good as he was. Just life / age.
