It was just our normal deer in the headlights performance against the RS mate. Until we stop showing them the respect they don't deserve, and stop being scaredy cats, we'll never beat them.

But you have to start somewhere? And surely although not the best performance. Getting a point at anfield, when we probably have the worst defence we've had for a while and they have the best attacking players they've seen for a while, is a great start?

I understand the point where we need to stop respecting them, but I think this performance of showing we can defend against this team will be a massive help.

Think you're being harsh on him. His style of football has been indicative of the quality of squad at his disposal. He's done what was needed at all clubs he's been at. What's to say he won't continue at Everton, whether that's staying up this season or qualifying for Europe?

I didn't want Big or Little Sam at our club but, I've taken some solace in seeing Lee 'fist pumping' when we scored and got the draw, then even more so when Allardyce is laughing at Klopp in his interviews.
