Funny you should mention that I was two days ago.And staying up not a thing at Everton? Did you sleep through the Wimbledon,Coventry and Walter Smiths last season. And Moyes second season obviously passed you bye unnoticed.Bet you were as cool as a cucumber when we were getting turned over at Hull under Martinez.

We last went down in the early 50s. Yet you want to claim a manager keeping us up in 2018 has done an unbelievable job.

I wasn't nervous after that hull game. Was slightly nervous after the Stoke one that season. Was slightly nervous after Saints this season, but that was November. Anyone thinking we were in a scrap before the decorations went up was mad.

At least we can hold our heads high having bagged the 'doomed in November but safe by Christmas Trophy 2017-18". Will look well beside our 9 titles and 5 FA cups.

We all want the above Tim...

But to achieve the above you must have stability & big Sam will give us that going into next season...

Taking us on from being stable is still the big question...

We will find out this summer in the transfer window with all the comings & goings & then next season will be the test to see if Sam can take us to the next level...

Do you think Sam can get us back into Europe and win a trophy next season? Because anything less is ultimately failure.

I certainly don't. It's not even that I don't think he will. It's that I'm sure he can't.

Yes I do think he could get us into Europe...

Think you'll find he was younger than me when that photo was taken;)

Really need to trawl through my posts to find where I said he's done an unbelievable job.Still if it isn't there I can always make it up.

The idea that Sam can get us into Europe next season is highly credible. In the over half season he's been here, having taken over a shambles, we're top six on form and it's likely a top 7 finish will again be enough next season.
The idea that he'll win a cup is utterly remote. He's a league position manager who's won nothing in a long career. We'll be going out in the 1st or 2nd cup games.
The above may well be good enough for our owner. In 2017 Moshiri said, “We need to be competitive and the gold standard for me is Premier League position, not FA Cup".

You spend all day every day defending him. I think it's obvious your opinion of Sam.
No I spend every day not making childish and frankly now boring insults towards him.He did the job he was employed to do and now it's time he moved on or retired. Moshiri needs to conjure up a young progressive manager with a proven successful track record. His efforts after the sacking of Koeman make me doubt he'll manage it.So just prepare yourself for your worst nightmarelol

Allardyce will not attract anything more than relegated club scraps and the cast offs of the top 6. Mark my words with him as the manager will not even dream of a marquee signing
So which manager do you see us having who will attract the marquee signing? And do you see Moshiri providing the funds for this fabled player, after he's paid off the Allardyce contract (and his backroom staff) and paid the signing on fee and upfront wage of our bright new star coach?
