Yeah I'd say they have been definite failures.

I'd swap till I find a winner. I don't like losing. Especially not managers who are unperturbed by losing and in fact revel in it.

fair point but we were strapped for cash - we are paying more money for players, and our wage structure has been smashed - the football is dire!
The other managers had to make do and mend - we deserve a top coach /Manager - Sam is neither of them!

Im not for one second saying he isnt dishonest...in fact not once did I allude otherwise...i simply said he has done as good as anyone this season. Our team is an unbalanced mess yet we have a chance for 8th...lets be honest here...we saw what that bunch of dustbins did in Europe last year without Sam...Im not sure we would need it next season till some of them cowards are shifted first. Im not a sam appologist but some of the comments on here are purely looking at a fat, arrogant man in charge with a crap hairdo....nothing more.

Some failures are bigger failures than others. You're right. But unless we are in europe or competing for trophies then a season is a failure. There's been an awful lot of those.

But this season has ticked every box in the failure checklist.

My point is we don't do relegations. The guys point was that we should be celebrating staying up which I thought was ridiculous considering how long ago the last one was. We ain't no yo yo club.

I'm 38 and seen us go to the last game of the season to stay up twice
