Two things killed us mate :

Not replacing Lukaku.
Not bringing in a left back.

Neither of these things are the slugs fault.

However, what is his fault, even when safe was the complete and utter failure to set the team up to win, rather than not to lose.

We fluked more many points than we really deserved in all honesty.

That`s all on him and he`s never going to change, as he doesn`t know how to.

In his head he compares himself to Mouriniho and Simeone, where as the reality is that he`s with the bottom feeders, like Pulis, Hughes, Pardew etc.

He has also hung out players like Tosun when he first arrived saying he wasn’t up to it in our league, then when he played him and he scored, he said he knew he could do it and took the credit.

Then there were his comments about Rooney and Siggurdson not being able to play together, but then goes and plays them in the next match. He also defended Schneiderlin and played Bolasie ffs!

People give him credit for the two signings in January , but Walcott was a no brainier and we were the only ones realistically who could have got him. We were up against Southampton. Tosun was already being looked at in the summer I believe.

He’s the football equivalent of Boris Johnson, self serving and self important, and always blaming someone else.

The man is a shobgite.

On a wider note I agree that the players haven’t been, and many of them aren’t good enough.

But to suggest that they’re not capable of producing better, more entertaining footy with multiple shots on goal per match simply isn’t true, which is what he was alluding to with his comments re style.

As I said, I want him replaced (although I want Kenwright & his mates gone first, as I just don’t trust them to get the replacement right).

....but I just don’t have the same faith as you guys that this group could have played more expansive football.

Look at Keane. OK he’s young & hopefully will come good, but at the moment he needs maximum protection. He’s all over the place.

Even though our results have improved since Koeman, Pickford is still making way too many saves!!!!

This squad lacks pace, desire, aggression & has too many players past their best. I don’t know if Guardiola would have done any better.

All that tells me is that you've fallen massively for the big sam media love in and drop in expectation, that's outrageous mate seriously.

The tactics & instructions the players are playing to are the reason we blew a lead v Burnley and finished below them.

There isn’t a Burnley player who’d get in our team and we took there best player last year. It’s not the ability of the players that’s the problem in that battle.

The reason we average 2 shots on target is due to the fact he has no idea how to use an attacking player. If he’d allowed the lad who completely changed the game against the CL finalists last time we seen him in a blue shirt the freedom he was allowed at Leipzig. I’m sure our shots on target / goals and assists column would be a lot healthier.

I can’t waut to see the back of him.

That's how it will be worded but the world and his wife knows the 18 month deal was to cover this season only.
We could emulate the RS with Brenda and bin him 15 minutes after the final whistle.

If he goes, he deserves the 6mill coming his way if i am honest.

Yet i believe big questions need to be asked about those who led us to that position. Next season if Sam is gone, we will pay him 6 mill. Koeman 5 mill. Probably closer to 15 million out of the club, when you take coaches into account.

Before you start to look at what we will pay anyone else who comes in.
