No I’m not and il stand by it. When these boring wins start turning Into turgid football and defeats youl turn

We're currently in a transitional period. Before he came in we were pathetic at the back and were on the receiving end of boring humiliations. He's improved the defence dramatically from us conceding over 2 goals in 9 of our 10 previous matches before the Huddersfield game, to now steering us to 3 cleans sheets in 4, and a point away at a ground where we have an awful record.

I genuinely don't understand how there can be any negativity towards him whatsoever after that turnaround and us just earning our first away win in the league in 11 months.

I'm absolutely delighted with him at the moment and I couldn't care less about us playing interesting or attractive football. All that interests me currently is us picking up points and climbing that table. He's actually given us a chance to potentially get a top 8 finish which looked impossible after the Southampton defeat where relegation looked far more likely.

Yes but Matty, if that point comes, he'll probably have saved us from relegation which was always his remit. At that point, we can hopefully get some more players in and a manager who will play more free-flowing football. Sam is here to do a job and so far, he's doing it well.
