Yeh I agree with that, we don't really have great attacking options though so you can see what he is trying to do. Poor decision to start McCarthy.

Yeah I agree mate, our attacking options are very poor too. We have Koeman to blame for that.

Best form of defence is attack though I believe.

Hiya lads , new poster ....I know it wasnt great but it was probably coming ....think we've been getting away with it recently.....not a fan of Sam it he's done us well recently after the shambles of Koeman ....actually think we'll beat United and the RS ...everything's blue in the garden :)

2-1 wasn't a bad result really was it ?

:coffee:

He is trying to make you difficult to beat mush and that’s project 1. Have to walk before run. The fella is 8 games in and hasn’t even spent a penny on his players yet. This pressure from some of your fans is damaging.

I can understand that against the better teams mate (like Chelsea the other week) the problem is we just played 2 teams who were in the bottom 3, both couldn't buy a win, Bournemouth leaking goals, but we still parked the bus, Allardyce with his set-up was literally saying to them both "you're better than us" wrong attitude to have IMO.

Yeah fair enough mush.

Yes awful players but he played 3 DM. He moaned about players getting tired but reluctant to rotate DCL and yet played the crap pairing in Keane and Jagielka while totally ignore Vlasic and Lookman.

His tactics was negative in the beginning (today) but we became so wide open when Gana was subbed. Really really strange.

told you we would park the bus once again mate. Expect the bus to be permanent till end of the season, or as long as fat sam is around.

This defeat is self inflicted by sam more than anything else.

I find it odd that if he was to park the bus why don't he just play 5 at the back today.

Then after getting a goal back. He took Gana off, the team was wide open and we collapsed.

He's got an inferiority complex from managing too many rubbish teams.

It's all about keeping it tight and hoping to nick a goal from a set piece.

We are Everton FFS. Should be putting West Brom and Bournemouth under massive pressure.
