No mate his selection and subbing and if it is passing then who is the coach???
He invited the pressure onto us, hard to pass correctly when there is no outlet.
True, but the way some go on, it’s like we’d played like Barca for years befor he took over.

We were headed well down before he came.

Realism folks. We were being relegated.

Come on Sam. Lighten up a little. Two forwards for a home game would be nice. Drop Scheinds and replace Keane with Holgate and see what happens. You know United will poke one in.

Another poor decision getting this man in

One shot on target today and none against Chelsea the other day. He’s basically playing a game of only way we can get a point is by not conceding as we certainly don’t look like scoring!

Plus we don’t have the pace or the players to do teams on the counter. What’s worse is he’s now apparently after a striker with zero pace. It gets funnier everyday this club

Don't trust him. He should be sacked along with Koeman.
the thing is, our club has deteriorated that much over the past 15 years that some of our (I presume younger supporters) now accept this absolute dross as sort of ok. However, the thing for me is, the way we are playing now is nowhere acceptable. We deserve better, this is EFC FFS.

Plays percentage football (read negative) which is fine if you want to survive in the league. Not the man for the future. If we’re eliminated from the cup on Friday with another limp performance then I think most of the remaining goodwill towards him will evaporate.

His problem is that people can just about stomach playing the way we did against Chelsea and at Anfield but when he sets us up so negatively against West Brom and Bournemouth who are both candidates for relegation you have to ask what exactly is his plan here? The fact is that in the modern game where it’s 3 points for a win it’s factually better to win one and lose one than it is to draw 2 out of 2. Man united had the same issue last year- draws just don’t cut it in this league.

The points being made about people expecting a “Barcelona” style play are redundant. You don’t have to be Barcelona or Man City to play some decent football. We literally played a team today who for better or worse do just that, with worse players than us. If Sam could couple his pragmatism in the games against the “elite” with something other than hoofball against the rest than maybe he would be a sustainable option. But history wouldn’t suggest that’s his plan.

Wow we’re deluded - make no mistake we were this seasons Villa, conceding 28 goals at a stage were no other team with a similar record had survived. Allardyce first job was make us very hard to beat - in all honestly do we actually believe we can compete with the majority of teams in this division. Koeman along with key players injured have decimated this team. What Allardyce has done is made us an ugly team much needed in our position - the alternative make no mistake was going down. We have very short memories of where we were 4 weeks ago.

Hard to beat? Did you go today

Yes and we were going down. No club is too big to drop.

We've chosen staying up over better football at the moment.

I honestly don't understand the fume.
