Is it possible to set up a separate thread for the dozen or so Sam haters who have never been prepared to give him a chance. Then I wouldn't have to scroll down page after page ad nauseum.
A lot more than a dozen
Yes and we were going down. No club is too big to drop.

We've chosen staying up over better football at the moment.

I honestly don't understand the fume.
We were going down....really....not sure about that one. The point is I accept that he is here for a purpose, that is now done. But thats it.
His anti football is soul destroying...and we deserve better....indeed we should demand better

And the football prior to his arrival was less soul destroying?

And yes...we were going down. No doubt about it.

True, but the way some go on, it’s like we’d played like Barca for years befor he took over.

We were headed well down before he came.

Realism folks. We were being relegated.
There are teams equally as bad as we were before he took over right now. Look at Newcastle. One win in eight and they still aren’t in the bottom 3.

I’m judging him on what I’m watching now, and he is serving up the most turgid football I have seen. He is bringing Moyes’ knife into every single game. Treats the likes of Bournemouth and West Brom like we’re going to the Nou Camp.

OUT.

Nah mate I disagree, we were headed down before he came.

Did you see how we were playing before he came, at all?

Did you see us v Southampton who are awful?

Yeah, but I’ve also seen how awful others teams have been since.

There are six decent teams in this league, the rest are dross. I don’t think we were certainties to go down if we hadn’t of brought in Sam. I thought it at the time, and I don’t blame the board for acting in bringing him in; but he needs booting out of the club at the earliest opportunity.

Personally I thought the 4-1 loss to Southampton was far more turgid. A sinking rudderless ship.
