Can't really argue with much of what Allardyce has done so far. That a player can come on and be the "shining light" simply by running around a bit is telling, especially at a ground that rewards intensity as much as Goodison does. Amazing.

How has my argument changed?? We have had more penalties than anyone in the league, and you’re saying ‘oh but we are 9th for goals’ what exactly is your point? Conversion rate and chance creation play a huge part in a football match.

Also Mods deal with him for name calling once he’s been called out and made to look the fool he is.
Thats good coming from the guy who calls fellow blues morons.

It might be down to having a non-footballer playing left back who needs as much protection from as many players as is practically possible to stop us getting bummed to death down that side.

No it’s definitely down to having the most negative, boring dinosaur manager known to man. He’s achievements have included jack in the world of football yet Evertonians are accepting him as a saviour.

But hopefully we get to see more if the back 9 in operation. Such a marvellous tactical masterpiece

Is it? Then why has it been happening all season?

This appointment was all about not being relegated. Currently out of the relegation zone and as long as it stays that way after the last game of the season, then he's done his job.

He was never the long term man. A short term fix.

It's frustrating. Hard to watch, but the squad is such a mess. So imbalanced.

SA tactics, we all knew, we all sat listening to the media in numbness when he was given the job,we all realised the mess the club where in, we all know his tactics. Sacrificed football to stay up. As was said at the time of the appointment, dark days for the purists, only the best is good enough. No surprise. Keep posting boys and girls and don't forget to enjoy the ride.
