Well, Im afraid things have gone wrong for BFS. Winless in the past 6 games, a bad stretch after a good start.

He now has quite possibly the easiest schedule to finish the season with, with only 3 games against the top 6 in the remaining 15. Considering we are still only 7 pints out of 7th if he doesnt get 7th this season I think hes canned in the summer.
He should be canned even if he does finish 7th.

Fat Head cannot move us past them positions.

Can any manager win, with a squard that has no striker, and the left side that is wide open.

I just don't see how it can be done.

The owner is clueless. The whole season and his management, clearly prove it.

What a cirkus
He's literally just bought a £27m striker last week and is now saying he needs to go 'more boring' after not having a single shot on goal in 3/5 games.

A £23m striker does not compensate for the £90m striker we sold, and did not replace.

I wish our games were "more boring", 4-0 is to much exitement for my liking

Apples and pears to an extent.

When Unsworth came in we were in the bottom three and with our confidence on the floor. When Allardyce came in we were within a win of the top half of the table and that provided the base for the initial run of acceptable results. Not to mention that Allardyce has had what Unsworth was never afforded: a FT position and the respect and focus from players attendant with that.

Was Unsworth the answer or a better bet to improve us more than Allardyce? Maybe, maybe not. But I doubt we'd be that worse off now if he'd been promoted to a FT role back in October. The style of football would have been more palatable and getting shut this summer to install a new manager less expensive.

A charitable view of Unsworth's games to say the least, and one I don't share. Did our confidence this season get any lower than Southampton away, his second last game?

But agree about 'style': it's clearly the dividing line between those willing to tolerate Allardyce and those unwilling to. Personally I'll take any style of football between now and the end of the season if it maximises the points haul.

How do you know? He's played 1 game and has been brought in to score. Stop trying to make excuses for Fat Head.

So on this basis we’re an average team and we improve by employing an average manager! It may have slipped your notice that we were an average team when we first employed Howard Kendall
Who ended up far from.being an average manager, but if you'd been at a game and picked up a black.bordered pamphlet you could be excused for not.knowing the difference at the time. When we employed Allardyce Ive a feeling the number of candidates who actually had a trophy on.their CV was ....nil.

Get Garbutt in at left back. Do not let this man spend a penny more of the club's money. He needs to be gone in May if this club is serious about it's proclaimed ambitions. Yes we are not great, but a squad as expensive as ours being dismantled at will in every game is deeply concerning. The lack of attacking intent is shocking. The arrogance of this man is unbelievable, he should not be anywhere near a club like Everton. His interviews make me sick, talks as if we are palace or Sunderland, and I've had it with him as I'm sure plenty of other blues have.

How much we paid for the squad is totally irrelevant unless you win points by counting money.

It has been like this for ages, it was bad under Martinez at the end, it was bad under Koeman for large parts and we are still bad now as only one player has changed.

What exactly IS a club like Everton?

Our so-called defensive minded genius has been tonked, yet again. It should be worrying.

10 goals conceded in the last 4. Games building up without a win, let alone a shot on target.

Don't know if anyone has noticed but West Ham and Palace are now 2 points behind us. We're 7 points above the drop zone and we are utterly hopeless.

Worrying.

And yet people still think we are not in trouble and indeed never were.

We are awful, the players are taking the absolute pish and we are pointing fingers all over the place except where they need pointing, on the pitch.

Martinez, Koeman, Allardyce, Loew, Guardiola, Rinus bloody Michels, it does not matter one jot who is in charge if the players are not capable of passing and moving into space to offer an option. This is basic schoolboy stuff and they just do not do it.

I had my reservations when Martinez was here and the players kept making stupid mistakes and everyone was blaming the manager because he was "telling them to pass out from the back etc". I am pretty sure he did not mean lose the ball in a stupid position and make as many errors as you want. The players should be capable of getting rid as and when required and stuff like that should not need coaching.

In short, our players are imbeciles. People need to just watch us (boring I know...) and look at the complete lack of movement. Even on stuff like throw ins, we tend to give most of them back to the opposition as we seemingly cant move 5 yards to make some space.

Genuinely I would keep about 3 of them. They are pathetic.
