I have no doubt in my mind he sacrificed both the Spurs and Arsenal games and set up for a one or two goal loss in each.

He's targeting the home games against teams below us and around us. He'll see 40+ points as the objective and he wont care about much else. As Big Sam says: "I've never relegated a club yet".

Job done and either retire on that or wait for the next mugs to give him a job.

I said when he arrived he's one of the most cynical characters in football. Here it is large as life today.
Oh come on Dave ....he's not that nice.

We have ‘the best striker in Europe at that price’ (27m) according to allardyce, yet he hasn’t even selected him for the last 2 games. Was it his signing or walsh’s? Get rid of them both, do away with a DOF and let a new manager come in and buy his own players and form a new team.

I would be the 1st to pick hole's in any player having a bad game , but not today . It was like lambs to the slaughter and I genuinely felt sorry for them.
Williams Cuco & Bolasie were terrible today , they have been that way all season but he keeps picking them. Embarrasing.
For a so called defensive manager he’s making a complete pigs ear of the defence!

Exactly. An extra man in midfkeld. Put pressure on Xhaka etc. Play with a slightly higher defence and keep them away from our box.
Nah. Let them swarm to our box and play one twos around Ashley Williams.
5-1.
We played the whole first half with 3 CBs marking 1 man whilst they strolled through the midfield unmolested. You could see what was happening within minutes. FFS everybody on here practically predicted it as soon as they saw the leaked team sheet.

Making sure his next gravy train is lined up after we are finished with him.

I seem to be in the minority here, but regardless of formation, surely the players have to take the blame here? I mean, every one is quick to point out Allardyce's flaws, most of which is that he is a footballing dinosaur with basic ideas on how to play the game. And if the formation and tactics was to keep it simple, keep it tight, have numbers back and maybe hit them on the break, then what was so difficult for those players to understand and implement?

As the old saying goes, Keep it simple stupid.

It's not like Allardyce is asking them to do anything groundbreaking, which is part of the problem you all have with him anyway, and still they all struggle? Martinez got criticised for asking players who apparently weren't capable to "play". And now Allardyce is being criticised for asking players to just just sit tight and make it hard.

The other issue I have here is with Gueye. As bad as the defence has been, for all the people who tell me that Gueye is one of the best DMs in the league, he is an absolute ghost when it comes to actual defending, positioning and organising. And given that even those who support him and waffle on how amazing he is often point out that he isn't that great at doing anything else, his main attribute should surely be to protect the defenders, close people down, and generally control the midfield. He simply cannot do that, and he gives the ball away so often.

In the 1st half we had him, the acclaimed best DM in the league, along with an other supposed DM, trying to protect a back 5, possibly our most defensive set up since the European League qualifiers against the Slovakia farmers, and the team made 3 tackles in total, conceding 4 goals.

I'm sorry, but blame Allardyce all you like. For me, he's been dealt a terrible hand and he looks as disillusioned as the rest of us watching those cowards pick and choose when they will put a shift in.

And some people think we should get rid and get another manager in, you know, just incase the next guy is the one the players will finally decide to pay attention to.

The common denominator here is not the manager people, it's the players, most of whom are not only apathetic but also pathetic.

It was after the first tonking by Arsenal that Koeman got sacked so lets hope that its the same again. Its going to be very painful again for Moshiri to take and especially with the taking no responsibility and deflecting all blame to the players because he showed them some Swansea Videos when everyone with half a braincell knows that it was the Manager that instigated the heavy defeat by making 5 completely unnecessary overly defensive and defeatist type changes bringing massive imbalance to a team that had just comfortably won against an on form Leicester side.
