I thought Fat Sam was a despicable person for what he done when England manager, I never liked him before that just for his general approach to football and his attitude. After today's interview my opinion of him has gone down, I didn't think that was possible.
He came to Everton and supposedly had 2 qualities, defensive coach and man management; I think we had witnessed his lack of ability to set up a team to defend. Throwing the players under the bus he failed to park will further drive a wedge between them.
I know the players are a disgrace but in a situation like this he needed to start to build a everybody against us attitude, not if only the players would do what I tell them we would beat Arsenal. Don't tell them how good Swansea were we you weren't in public. If Fat Sam thinks telling Cuco to play like a premier league left back is going to mean he will play like that then Fat Sam is deluded. Telling Snids to play well isn't going to make him play well. Telling Niasse to run the line on his own is nonsense.
Fat Sam please leave our club and take your cronies with you, take as much money as you can get your grubby hands on and go.

Tell me what manager mate, makes 7 changes, completely changes the formation, then admits he only had time to work on it by getting the players to watch videos of Swansea and then blames the players. The guys an absolute beaut!

If I was a player hearing him spout that rubbish I’d be livid.
He needs sacking on the spot. That pile of turd excuse and then the remarks to the Echo about Lookman not being able to improve us because we are crap are both sackable offences.

For all you Big Sam apologist's.
Just watch the first 20 minutes , right from the whistle every outfield player looked like they had no idea about how this (Swansea's) sytem worked. It looked like a miss matched schoolboy game.
Make no mistake these players were beaten before they kicked a ball . Arsenal totally flooded the midfield and our players were put in a system that played right into Arsenals hands , they couldnt believe their luck.
Our best players sat squirming on the bench in disbelief , they must cringe when this buffoon of a manager explains to them they are being left out "cos he has a plan"
This man then has the audacity to come on TV and totally blame the players and not a word about if he got anything wrong.
Just get to 40 pts and show this blaggard the door , one of the worst appointments ever made by this club.

I didn't mind the starting team. Sure it was negative but had we come out of it with a point I'd be saying job done.
The problem was, within 2 mins you could see that we had no game plan to stop Arsenal. Instead we just threw a load of defensive players on the pitch. The two in midfield were swarmed meaning Arsenal at ease go to the edge of our box. Where they are their most dangerous. It didn't matter we had 5 people there, it's Arsenal.
Throw in the fact that our 5 defenders were utterly confused and you've got a 5-1 thrashing.
Really poor from Sam.

Needs to go NOW, we will get the required points without him, otherwise I agree.

There's no real footballing basis for it, as we're doomed to limp home with 40-odd points whether Allardyce is in charge or Guardiola.

I'd appreciate it if Moshiri showed Allardyce the door early if this is the best he can serve up and there's nothing more of value to lose on the pitch as it'd at least show he's as deeply dissatisfied as the fans are and isn't at all happy to achieve survival and no more.

But again, there's no real need for that as he's not sinking the ship. We're just awful against any good team in the top 6/7 and we've only lost 1 game to any side at our level (Bournemouth who are now above us).
