I've watched his videos on you tube and I can say he looks thick set physically
I predict he'll be a better target man than ricky lambet
I've no idea about his contract situation bud, I'd not heard of him until today. My point is being released by Man United doesn't mean he's no good, especially at a time when they are between managers. The decision has obviously been made by Nicky Butt or one of the other youth/academy coaches. You could argue that the guys in the equivalent departments at Everton have better expertise in this area than those at United at the moment, at worse he will replace Vellios in the 21's squad and allow Hope and Long to get out on loan again.
Very surprised you have not heard about Podga's contract situation - Man Utd lost out on a lot of money - it was in all the sport papers. Only time will tell if Sam is any good (lets hope he is).
It wasn't THAT blatantHighly amusing watching that guy fall for @maccavennie blatant bullshuttery and having a pop haha made my morning that.
Anyone know how many of his appearences for Carlisle were starts and subs, and if subs how many minutes did he get as a sub
@maccavennie would have the full stats and supplementary information. He is a very reliable source in everything Byrnerelated...Anyone know how many of his appearences for Carlisle were starts and subs, and if subs how many minutes did he get as a sub
3? Jeez, I was thinking more like 4.
Nah, I'm not having that, no way can he live up to the standards Paul McShane has set.Watched Sam last month for Ireland 19s, top class. Needs a bit of time though. Most of his Carlisle appearances were as sub but Graham Kavanagh described him as the best young Irish player in years.
He can't be. All the best are Scottish.Watched Sam last month for Ireland 19s, top class. Needs a bit of time though. Most of his Carlisle appearances were as sub but Graham Kavanagh described him as the best young Irish player in years.
