Honestly, it’s like lemmings that. Literally use your brain.Up the side streets and walk parallel to that dock road. Although it's been obvious that bridge needed work

The test event today was relatively benign but had to be done for H&S reasons etc.
The acid test will be when 3K pissed up away fans rock up and want to play silly games - imagine the potential for serious agro at Sandhills, the Regent Road bridge bottleneck and on the fan plaza. Then consider the potential for a greater number of away fans for FA Cup ties etc - say 6K.
One of today's features was the very low visibility of any bizzies - are they not a part of crowd control and the planning process? Were any actually in the ground as part of the exercise?
They'll all get marched to Lime Street like they do from Anfield. It's a proper non issue concernImagine when we get back in Europe at some point as well, you get some crazy away fans in the Europa and Conference Leagues,

Someone...at some point...will die.
Could it be another Everton first?
Build a new stadium but not play a first team fixture in it for 12 months whilst issues are sorted.
I mean the stadium will pass health and safety but really, is health and safety up to much if it does knowing what we now know?

Absolutely...if Sandhill station is sorted am genuinely worried someone will be seriously hurt or worse.I mean this in the absolute nicest possible way but we've already lost one fan and worker to the stadium, we do not want it happening again.
People are being so dramatic jheez
Some are. But there is a genuine issue here that’s been overlooked by people who are supposedly in charge. That’s the issue I think.People are being so dramatic jheez
And Peel own it so whilst they might spend a few quid making it look pretty, spending potentially millions strengthening it won't be very high on their agenda. It’s a grade-2 listed building/bridge, which means adaptations to the bridge are limited without LA authority.
