I think this lad is going to storm the league for us , looks quality. One thing I particularly liked is that he didn't automatically go to ground looking for the pen. that in itself is blessing these days and shows a proper desire to play football.

I've been saying a while we have a good amount of players with a lot of pace to good bursts on the ball. Kind of backs up what Koeman said about him being our replacement for Rom.

1 goal in 2 games last season in La Liga, young fresh and eager, looks explosive from what little I have seen thus far, I like this signing a lot.

Some won't as the fee clouds their judgement, they will think he was too cheap etc and just want Everton to blow all the Lukaku money on somebody more proven or somebody very similar in their style of play.

If he replicates what Lukaku did at Everton over 3 seasons and there is zero reason to suggest he will not, then is looks like a tidy bit of business.

If you look at the amount of players to match Lukaku in premiership history then the odds are not in his favour, very few can do what he did. there is no way he will just suddenly pop up and bang 20 odd goals a season. He may be part of a forward line that can get 20 odd but not as Lukaku did.

He either needs another striker with him to play off, or hope that Rooney can play the clever balls behind for him to run onto.

Rom got us 16 in his first season in total, I think that is very possible also with Sandro Ramirez.

If Giroud or another striker hits 10-12 and we have Gylfi and Klaassen as a threat from midfield as well, then we are in much better shape than relying on one player for all of our goals.
