I actually really like Lennon

He knows his own mind and never backs down, which leads to him getting a bad press because he doesn't cowtail or kiss up to the journalist profession

Have you ever noticed that people who actually know Lennon tend to speak highly of him, yet people on the internet, who don’t even live in the same country as him, seem to have him pegged as a horrible person?

Yeah it's very interesting how many people just buy what they're told

The media representation of Neil Lennon and the real life person are very different animals

much better?

based on what, both shocking players, neither would realistically get a game for any premiership club

If you can't understand why Scott Brown is a miles better professional footballer than Cuco Martina then I don't know how I'd be able to explain it to you without the use of sock puppets and a chart of some kind

my point is they are both absolutely shocking players, when scott brown is the captain ( and long time one at that ) of your club. you have no right to think you're club is anything other than awful football wise

Scott Brown isn't a shocking player though

I wish he was as I don't like the weapon, but I can't deny that he's a tremendous leader of men and an excellent conductor in the middle of the park

He's getting on now, but he could have easily played in the premier league

Dundee United.......

Yes ok but it does show the situation in other leagues is probably far worse, tbf Scotland wasn't my main point and only added as it's the header of this thread.

Most of the top European leagues are far more dominated by one or two teams than the premier league. Leicester do have possibilities under an excellent manager, they aren't the club of seven or ten years ago and can conceivably challenge in domestic cup competitions as well as look to do very well in the Europa league, (seventh qualifies) and as Utd winners, Arsenal runners up and Arsenal and Chelsea (favourites this year) have very recently shown, the premier league teams are now amongst the likely winners
