And in other none Old Firm news.... the draw for the 1st round of the Scottish Cup took place this evening. A number of local derbies plus a few Junior clubs always adds interest even at this early stage :
Ties will be played over the weekend of September 21.
Pick of the draw is Fraserburgh unbeaten and top of the Highland League v Bonnyrigg , unbeaten and top of the Lowland League. I saw the Broch ( Fraserburgh ) the other week , decent team , and favourites for winning the Highland League this season.

Obviously plenty of games still to go, but beating Rangers at Ibrox is a pretty strong psychological blow

Only saw the first hour of the game, but I thought Rangers didn't look too bad and Celtic's goal kind of came against the run of play

Did things get worse in the last 30?

i watched the first half in the pub before our game and thought on balance rangers were better for most of it, Defoe should have done better for example with his chance

Felt Celtic's goal came against the run of play

Did they have it on in your concourse when you got to Goodison?

Rangers had 60% possession, but only 2 shots on goal, Celtic managed 6 shots on goal with their 40%.

I agree that Rangers looked like they were the better team, but Celtic worked the ball better when they were in possession.
