After living in Scotland for a few years I started rooting for the national team. Much better atmosphere watching Scotland play football in a bar than watching England.
I live up here and the last few years performances have knocked the support big time.
Empty spaces again last night.
I've been in pubs for games and it's great.
I get the banter being thrown about, the Scots are quick enough if England get beat.

England in 45 mins have equalled the amount of goals the Scots have scored in their 6 games.

Impressive stuff.

It's coming home........

It’s even funnier looking at it this way, England have scored 3 more goals in 4 qualifiers than Scotland have in 16 months of international games, in fact over the same period they’ve scored near enough 3 times the amount (47)

Yeah!! Fort William 1-0 Clachnacuddin , their first Highland League win for nearly 2 1/2 years, and fair scooting up the league from bottom place to fourth from bottom.Great to see some kind of mini revival going on even if it took an injection of young Inverness Cally players, and with a ground called Claggan Park situated at the foot of Ben Nevis teams will not relish gong there this season. Going to watch them Saturday and hoping they get thrashed though, ‘mon i Jags.

I think the scottish national side, will always be destined to struggle, as long as the scottish FA is motivated and driven by sheer hatred of all things Rangers. There is a wide variety of reasons, why Scotland have done nothing on the international stage in 21 years, but this anti Rangers agenda emanating from the top table, would be one of the main ones.Of course having a poor quality playing pool, would be another obvious issue.I just feel that this is another glaring elephant in the room, that needs to be addressed.

Could you give us any examplesof this sheer hatred, and anti-Rangers agenda, please?
