Bayern just won their 8th Title in a row

And Juventus just won their 9th. Rangers should push Celtic this season since there is a gulf in resources between them and 3rd, Gerrard has no excuses now. Scottish league does well for such a small population. Atmosphere is fantastic, its such a shame that the prices are ridiculous, more expensive than France and Germany.

Sighed two forwards including roofe from Anderlecht the lad who was at Leeds . So you’d assume Morelos is off

Was referring more to the quality on show. A.K.A. none.

The thing is, when you watch EPL football, and in particular The Championship, any horrendous play, and there is a lot of it about, you just put down to a mistake. If you watch the same mistakes being made in Scottish football, you would use them as an indicator of how poor the league is.

For the insane amounts of money that get spunked in The Premiership, some of the play is distinctly average. I'd like to think if Scottish clubs had hundreds of millions of pounds sloshing around, they would be able to sign better players, and in doing so would raise standard of the league.

you mean if people have more money they can afford better things ? Mind blown

It is stating the obvious, I know, but sometimes you have to point out the obvious to little Englanders who keep droning on about how the Scottish leagues are a farmers league.

Try watching Championship football, and, despite the outrageous wages the players are on, watch how many mistakes you see. Like I said earlier, when English folk watch Championship football, and see absolutely horrendous mistakes, they just dismiss them as mistakes. If they saw the same mistakes in Scottish games a few of them would be howling, and saying it's a pub league.

Like I said, it is pointing out the obvious, but it would appear there are some folk on here who need the obvious pointed out to them.

it’s a huge season and it seems he’s a huge Talent . A lot will surely depend on the player and his mindset? Especially as he wouldn’t have long left after this year

I think he may have two seasons left, though I'm not sure.

It is down to what he wants. If he chooses to renew his contract, that would be the ideal scenario. A poster on one of the Celtic fans forums said the other day he heard Edouard wants to play out his contract, and leave on a Bosman. I highly doubt Peter Lawwell would relish that, and if that is his plan, I think Celtic would put pressure on him to go, though if he digs his heels in, there's not a lot Celtic can do about it.

see I really enjoy championship football , I certainly enjoyed it more than prem after the restart , I’m happy enough With the occasional rawness of it but also I enjoyed how many teams were involved at both ends.

I like Scottish Football and I’ve watched most teams play up there , mostly going to the bigger sides . However my worry is more than perhaps any other league they’ll suffer without crowds , that Aberdeen Rangers game for me being the prime example. Aberdeen wouldn’t have got away with that first half in a packed stadium and the place would have been rocking and frankly I love that ‘edge’. The telly deal isn’t for the quality of footy is it ?

On the money making a difference, it almost certainly would make a huge difference but it’s not something you can take for granted or we wouldn’t have finished 12th .
