Aberdeen confirms that two first team players, who have tested positive for COVID-19 but are asymptomatic, are self-isolating for ten days.
In line with government guidance and procedures from the football authorities, six other players, who were in close proximity with the two positive cases, are also self-isolating for 14 days.

I'm always wary of signing players who have downed tools for their current club, as there's always a chance they could do it to your club if he wanted to leave at any time.

It's more to do with the extended season.
Think the coaching staff and supporters felt if he finished the season with them they could have stayed up.

I mean, any Scottish side reaching the knock outs of a European competition is good going these considering just how ridiculous it is to qualify in the first place
