Somerset Blue
Player Valuation: £8m
It needs to be suspended at present, they need to find out what they hell they are looking at? Maybe give the job to ex pros that aren’t in the refs union? It just looks corrupt as it is!

That's not across the line at all lol
They clearly, and obviously, don't know the meaning of clear and obvious10 seconds is more than enough, otherwise it isn't 'clear and obvious', revert to a 'ref/liners call'.
Of course it has. There's no question surely? This has been put in place for the so called super league six imo
Nothing to do with that. He's been leaving one on players for years, but the red heavy media just call it 'letting them know he's there'Of course VAR is a nonsense. How can they disallow goals because an attacking players big toe was offside? That’s a complete nonsense. But they miss Saint Virgils lunge ( Asssault ) on our player. How can VAR allow that. We ( Everton ) need to call them out over that. When we next have a player sent off for a nothing tackle , Mr. Lampard needs to bring up why the VVD lunge was only a booking. There was me thinking that VVD could play the game. He must be slowing down when mistiming tackles as badly as that. But no worries, VAR will protect him.
Anyhow, we all know that VAR is not fit for purpose. Even those half witted pundits know. But they are in on it all. Don’t rock the boat , and all that nonsense.
Just a thought . How many matches would in the past have turned out different if VAR was around. Or would decisions still have gone against us. All hypothetical I know, but would Bryan Hamiltons goal have stood if we had a honest functioning VAR back then. Would we have beaten that Spanish team and qualified for the champions league groups. All just conjecture I know. But that’s my point. I was foolish enough to think that that was what VAR was going to be all about.
Var nowadays should be used for over turning those sort of injustices. The Frank Lampard disallowed goal against Germany is another. His goal could have changed the course of that match. Who knows? But no. The VAR that we have. Run by idiots . Is not used for those type f decisions. As I actually was stupid enough to think that that was what Var was going to be all about. But no. The powers that be have turned it into a joke. It is spoiling the game. Big time.
Guess our players are going to have to start scoring a few screamers from about 30 yards. No nonsense goals that no one can complain about. Although I bet var take a look look anyhow. Pickford had better not be scratching his arse , or var will rule our goal out. And we had better start winning a few matches by 3 or 4 goals. Just to stay ahead of VAR.
It’s all a nonsense folks. It’s ruining the game. A team will be relegated soon on a VAR decision. Or a team lose a cup on a VAR decision. And the idiots running it all will say that changes will be made. Isn’t that what they said last season? Rant over folks. Aaaarrrggg. Up the Toffees.
No.1 is a good idea but, ensuring they VAR ref has no idea which game he's watching might be hard to ensure, especially is tv angles show the crowd, they might recognise the stadiumVAR is doing exactly what it's designed to do, fix results when the ESL clubs have non scripted incidents go against them.
I say keep var but
1) make it black and white silhouettes so the decision maker doesn't know who it's for
2) don't use refs, have specialist VAR operators
3) have the conservation between the ref and var operator on the speakers so the crows can hear what they're saying
I'm assuming its a bad attempt at saying it was onside
Please can people stop posting this picture it makes you look like you have the same IQ as my dishwasher.

No that isn't the rule exactly.I assume it is, I thought it was on myself.
Nothing to do with the lines, but I was always coached that you are on if the last touch was by the opposition.
No that isn't the rule exactly.
I've seen on Twitter people are sincerely using that picture as evidence he was on. Part of the problem with the whole refereeing debate is people are extremely emotional (or maybe just dumb). It wasn't onside. Also it wasn't handball against Milner. Just take the 100% bull poop ones like the Van Dijk tackle and hammer that home. Trying to pick every single call out doesn't make it stronger.

The thing about the VVD one especially the still pic that's going around is look where the ball as the point of contact. No that isn't the rule exactly.
