Finished.

Sadly it's looking that way isn't it...

Just doesn't seem to have that yard of pace he had once, and without if you can tell he knows he can't recover so won't try beat a man or go beyond any ore. Which has basically removed the one element of his game that made him at one point the best right back in the country.

Sad to see and hard to see that yard of pace ever returning now.

Cracking servant to the club, but he's done.

Brings me no joy whatsoever to say it.

Sadly the double leg break and a foot fracture appear to have blunted his edge and taken a yard of pace from him, but I'm not ready to totally give up on the guy just yet... I still think there's a wee bit of life in the old dog.

I'm not going to write him off yet. Given the type of character he is he'll know he hasn't been at his best and will do everything to improve.

I don't think he has been THAT bad this season. Just well below the high standards he has set.

Would be absolutely delighted if he proved everyone in this thread wrong like he has done in the past.

I’m amazed at the amount of stick that Coleman is getting, with people saying that we need him replaced by a right back of Digne’s quality,

Yes, Coleman was unlucky to get his feet together and end up kneeing the ball into the net when it came back at him off the post, and yes he maybe shouldn’t have turned to face his goal when the cross came in for the second goal.....but what did either of the centre backs do to prevent either goal? Did they try to cut out the cross??

Oh, and didn’t both crosses come in from the left?? Did Digne stop either cross??

Our problem is that we don’t score goals and opponents are realising that. That’s the issue we need to address, not blaming unlucky defenders who are quite frankly no worse than the rest of the back line.

Not sure why he's getting grief tonight. Thought he played well on the whole. Was unlucky with the OG, and their second wasn't his fault either. His crossing is still a disaster, but that's nothing we didn't already know.

The way he burned Pereyra to win the ball back and take it past him in the first half was like peak Coleman.
