....I still think he’s got a lot to offer and as far as I’m concerned he’s the best RB in the club. Terrific cameo last night, but I most loved his reaction sitting on the sideline when DCL scored. He jumped up and reacted like any of us would’ve jumped up and reacted. Everton winning football matches matters a lot to him.

I still like Coleman lots.

Also, I mentioned it last night, but I'm gonna say it again. He made a selfless run in the build up to the winner. Got himself out to the left. Without that run, I'm not convinced we score.

...he certainly did, John. That overlap created a gap for Bernard and it was a sublime ball from Sigurdsson. Not surprising, Coleman was the first to congratulate Bernard.

He was brave in possession last night & it helped take the game to Spurs rather than just sitting in. Terrific stuff.

Seamus is probably my favourite Everton player of all time. It’s been sad watching him age and slow down (a lot of which has come from that horror leg break) but last night he was brilliant!
That first season under Martinez when he started scoring out the blue and smashing up billboards with his celebrations he won me over forever.
Really glad he looks to be finding a new squad role off the bench because I’d hate to see him turned on the way so many aging players are as he’s always given us everything and is one of the few that you know is genuinely proud to be here.
