2021/22 Seamus Coleman

He probably knows that more than anyone. What can he do about it? We have needed a RB for two years. Not Colemans fault. He continues to give his best every single game and has had injuries that would have finished lesser men. He doesn't pick himself. I agree with you mate. Time to say thanks but time to go. I for one will be gutted when the inevitable happens
Apparently asked for his own replacement 2 years ago and said he doesn't have the legs to keep up multiple games a week at the top level

Should realise nobody at Everton cares enough about him or the club to let him bow out slowly and with some grace with the odd cup game and that, and instead pull the plug himself.

Convinced we'll see that at the end of the season, tbh.

I can absolutely agree with that mate. I find it strange how any Evertonian can give him stick. Sad

Because he's a clown, he's single handedly been at fault for about half a dozen goals in this dire run.

That free kick at the end was laughable, it actually made me laugh how had it was, he's got no brain, he's play the game on emotion and its cost him/us again

How many years has he played for us mate. Yes he is at the end of his career. He knows that. To call him a clown I find totally disrespectful to a player who we we signed for peanuts and has always given his all for Everton Football Club. Be that on the pitch or off it. Townsend who has been around a bit said he is the best captain he has played under yesterday. Don't blame him for this debacle. He has been nothing but a great servant to Everton who absolutely loves the club

He has been a great player and I really like Coleman,

However, his actions at the end of today's game was clown like behaviour, he got a cob on with zaha or whoever it was and tried to the volly the ball against them, instead ended up kicking it right to the palace player to kill the game.

Clown behaviour from the so called captain

Broken record Zat. You have maintained some irrational hatred for Seamus for years.

I just hope it is not some manifestation of xenophobia or sectarianism for your own sake, as it is a deeply toxic trait for the xenophobe, not for the target.

Against West Ham he was the only one who finally had a go at them, after ages of sitting off by the whole team.

Yesterday, he was still the best of a crap group of defenders. To compare him with Rondon is frankly childish and irrational.

Sorry if this offends.

No Zat, I loath cowardly anonymous abuse of any individual. You really seem to have problems facing up to what you are.

Putting you on ignore as I really dislike keyboard bullies.

Just a reminder to all those witnessing yet another shambolic performance from Coleman.

Are you sure its not deep set:

Irrational hatred
Xenophobia
Sectarianism
Toxicity
Childishness

Leading to cowardly anonymous abuse?

Or is Coleman just a dreadful player?

It's a shame, because he was one of the better right-backs in the league from around 2012/13 until his injury, but he's going to end up overstaying his welcome to the point where nobody can stand the sight of him, if he hasn't reached that stage already.
Well, if he wasn't there before, he definitely is now.

Should have walked away a year or two ago, instead of allowing himself to become a complete joke.

Seems like he has a Neville vs Wigan performance every couple of weeks these days.

So what? That's one out of how many hundred games?
