indeed an absolute legend to the club. hope he comes back and can still play next season whether it is in the PL or Championship.

I'm amazed that there's been absolutely zero mention of the tackle in the aftermath. It was a shocking tackle.
I just know if the roles had been reversed Seamus would have got a straight red - that is not paranoia either.

Refs are clearly out to do us - the conversation reported recently where a ref told his linesmen to watch for a particular Everton player who was prone to simulation proved what I have been suspecting for some time

Could we add an assist to Michael Keane too for that hospital pass he sent to Shamus - :(

Still absolutely gutted for Seamus. You know he's the type of lad as well that would blame himself if we went down and wished he could do more, despite the fact that at 34 and after all he's been through he's still been one of our best again this year. Taking my hat off as an Everton fan at the moment there are absolutely players in this squad that deserve nothing more than to be relegated and get a reality check, the entire ownership structure and board deserve to be relegated for how they've operated the club.

Seamus Coleman though, he does not deserve the absolute dishonour of being the Everton captain that saw them relegated, not only would it be a disaster and nightmare for us fans, it would be a true insult and disrespect to one of our greatest servants in decades. If I'm Dyche my team talk is simple, as players do whatever you want to do in the summer however don't you even dare to allow a great man and fellow player like Seamus watch on from the sidelines as you take his club down.

I don't know how any player could not just look themselves in the mirror but ever look at Seamus in the eyes again after that if they allow us to sink when he's poured his life and career into this club. They should feel shame that not only did they let themselves down but they've let an Everton great down too.
