Does anyone come to mind?A player or manager who won something, or a member of staff behind the scenes or volunteer who dedicated decades of their life to the club. The term is very objective of course, that's my pov.

Nah, nobody.Does anyone come to mind?
I couldn't think of anybody either.Nah, nobody.
Mate... come on.Doesn't do the thick Irish stereotype any help at all. Imagine being a frequently injured player, obviously miles past your best, previously received multiple serious injuries representing your country, you're turning 36 and know your club has real issues in your position, yet you still won't pack the international games in. Either thick or unbelievably selfish and willingly harming the club that's given him about 25 million quid.
There's absolutely no need for any sort of comment like that at all.Doesn't do the thick Irish stereotype any help at all. Bit of an overreaction. I didn't state that I agree with it, but everybody is aware there is a certain stereotype regarding the Irish, often said in jest. Germans have one too - they're deemed hard-nosed and without a sense of humour. What Seamus is doing is wrong and detrimental to Everton FC. I don't think my Irish-born grandmother will be turning in her grave at my comment tbh.reported that

She had a sense of humour. But please let's stay on track about Seamus here - selfish man. At this stage he should be putting club before country. He has given the first and best 15 years of his career to his country first, time to switch that now and pack it in.She should
I highly doubt that would have been humourous to her to be called thick to by her grandson. She had a sense of humour. But please let's stay on track about Seamus here - selfish man. I'd just like to place on record my severe regret in posting a potentially derogatory statement about Seamus Coleman and a certain stereotype related to his nationality. I hope you will extend an olive branch given I have been brave enough to publicly decry my previous post. As far as I understand, there is no correlation between low intelligence and being of Irish heritage. I cannot take back what is done, but I can learn from this lesson to be a better person in the future.I highly doubt that would have been humourous to her to be called thick to by her grandson.
Your comment was rotten to be honest, nothing funny about it and the reaction you received is fully justified.
We all make mistakes mate, all is forgiven and I wish you the best.I'd just like to place on record my severe regret in posting a potentially derogatory statement about Seamus Coleman and a certain stereotype related to his nationality.
