The thing is Zat, if Holgate or one of our other rising stars penned this article, I'm pretty sure you'd praise it to the hilt. Even Coleman 5/6 years ago when he was fighting to break into the first team.Hes done an interview in the daily mail...absolutely cringeworthy.
LOL.Oh, is Seamus going to Man United again? 12th time's a charm
Not altogether lonely, Sunshine. The thing is Zat, if Holgate or one of our other rising stars penned this article, I'm pretty sure you'd praise it to the hilt. Even Coleman 5/6 years ago when he was fighting to break into the first team.
When he was younger, Seamus used to live near me in South Liverpool and you'd frequently see him shopping in the local Tesco's, often with some of his buddies he had over from Ireland. I believe they kept him grounded and he always seemed a nice affable lad with good values. (I wasn't stalking him by the way, he just always seemed to be in there at the same time as me). If this article was written by some of the overpaid overindulged professional footballers that are prevalent in the modern game, I would seriously question the sincerity. But coming from Seamus I'm certain the message is genuine.
Think you're ploughing a lonely furrow with this one mate.
Surely, he must be the son of God! (In John Waynes voice.)Just the read the Mail article there and it's refreshing. I've always liked Seamus and hope he stays here for the remainder of is career, or as much as possible form/injuries permitting.
He earned his way to where he is and he's made the most out of his ability. Others in our squad need to follow an example like this. In short, Coleman is boss.

Next captain for me and have said so for a while, he wouldn't take any messing or disrespect from anyone in the ranks and based on his comments seems loyal to a manager until the end too.
If, god forbid, Tom Davies or another talented youngster turned up with a LV washbag and made a snide comment about the manager the glare alone from Seamus would do the job.
You play your best players. Coleman is the better player and isn't in poor form.
If his form is poor, he'd be dropped.
No he wasn'tHolgate was the best player on the pitch in his last game... hence the mom
