Yes. Can recognise he did a very good job in trying circumstances in his first 18 months, but also recognise that his position wasn’t tenable after the form this season.

The points deduction season will show that.

He was, however, clearly not the manager to take us forward.

Seemed a decent bloke though all things considered. Wish him all the best for the future.

Yes deserves credit for the job he did when he took over. Now glad he's gone as we were heading on a road to nowhere (well The Championship) with him.

Really thought we were going down when Lampard left us, performances were horrific.

Then again last season dealing with that 8 point penalty.

In the end, not getting the best out of several players, and that's why he's gone.

He's left us out of the relegation zone.

With an incredible easy schedule that he botched, leaving the new manager with one of the toughest schedules left in the league. Getting 17 points from the next 19 is a tougher job than the 17 from the first 19.
