nope
What you said was:

which is not the same thing

The most they talk about it is probably along the lines of 'can't believe we won that'
because it was a freak occurrence, because the 'football they played' was terrible and they got lucky.

None of which is an argument for Dyche doing well with England though which is what you are touting for because he would simply waste the exceptional talent in the England squad and wouldn't know what to do with them.

What a load of entitled nonsense.

You can like football or you can like Dyche. You can’t like both.

I like all styles of football though. I like the English game, and the variety of it. That doesn't mean I don't like playing out from the back or whatever, i just appreciate it's not the only way to play.

So yes, I can like both thanks. If the current generation of football hipsters have their way, every single team in the country will be trying to play out from the back and our beloved Premier League will become more akin to the snooze-fest that is La Liga.. No thanks.

So you enjoy watching Everton play currently?

When we get a result, yes. 🤷‍♂️

Not too many of them like, granted. We're a bottom half team though, so results are gonna be patchy. Considering about 20 wins gets you challenging for Champions League, how many wins are we realistically gonna get as a bottom half team? It is what it is.

To expand further upon your question, is this the type of football I'd prefer to see Everton playing long term? No, of course it isn't, but I still appreciate the methods used to grind out enough results, especially as I still don't see enough goals in this team.

What style of play would I prefer Everton to play? Something similar to Moyes circa 09-12, maybe. That first day victory over Man Utd was one of my favourite performances. Or, dare I say it, something similar to what Shipman had going on at the pit.

I watched the Palace game and can honestly say I did not enjoy it. Endured it, yes, they are similar sounding words.

We play the same way when we win or lose, so if you enjoy it when we win, you must also enjoy the style when we lose. You can't have it both ways. You either like this style of play or you don't it's not complicated.
