I'm done with Dom mate. It's now 17 goals in his last 78 PL appearances. I've defended him in the past, but I've had it with him now. I don't care if the manager plays to his strengths, it's not all about him. Any 15 goal a season striker would be on more than 2 goals for the season given the chances he's had.

He's not aggressive enough for me either. Beto shows much more desire to get on the end of things.

I don't hate him or anything, I think he's contributed more than lots of others over the years, but at the end of the day, he doesn't get enough goals for us.

Since the start of last season Beto has scored a PL goal every 259 minutes for us. Dom? One PL goal every 343 minutes. Frustratingly, Beto brings other issues.

I’m done after his last few performances mate, he’s phoned it in, think he’s agreed a deal elsewhere myself.

Wouldn't agree myself and it’s an issue I think we’l have to cope with as the season goes on- but I won’t progress that discussion with people who aren’t there.

My main point is that there is a fundamental issue with how we are playing both defensively and offensively, which is deeper than just stating the players/foreards are crap, and it only points in one direction, but you and a couple of others seem to not want to look there.

We ain’t solid at all, we get lucky on turnovers and breakaways, and often have either Pickford or whoever performing miracles and last ditch tackles to prevent goals going in, and at the other end are clueless and disjointed in possession, leaving whatever striker we have playing in their own, isolated, with the so called attackers all told to defend first, and their first thought is to pass backwards.

Theres only Illy who looks a threat and I think that’s because he’s ignoring the ginger skid mark in the dugout and doing what he thinks is best.

Then you’ve got the atrocious game management from our dugout, so even in games when we’re on top or even winning, we manage to bollox it up by leaving players blowing out their arses after chasing shadows for 65 minutes, and the inevitable happens.

Seems even the players are screaming for legs as much as we are, but the manager just scratches his snot into his fod and leaves things to go to cock.

I can agree that some of our players aren’t very good but they are being coached to be worse, and I understand nothing will happen until the takeover hopefully is done, but I’ll be happy once this crap manager is sent packing.

Were the biggest club the fraud will ever get to manage, and he does nothing but talk us down, it’s boring just like his style of football.

Frank has to take some flack, he’s just not good enough even though I’m sure he’s trying his best, but these players are just awful. They couldn’t even be arsed acknowledging the away support yesterday, after Frank tried to cajole them to - they don’t give a frig about him or us, so all this talk of playing for the great boss is crap.

I wouldn’t keep more than a handful of these fraud footballers in this squad tbh - probably the most gutless,spineless, cowardly group of individuals I’ve ever seen.

They will get eaten alive in the championship, league one and league two - you need desire, fight, character in every one of those leagues and our lot ain’t got the the minerals.

I’ve seen more heart and desire in my kids under 11s and under 8s boys and girls teams.

Strange opinion to have seeing as we've lost one in the last 7. Too many draws? sure, but let's not pretend we're falling to pieces.

Draws are good if your winning your home games, but relying on them to pull us into mid table safety is never happening especially with our horrific December fixture list.

You are quoting a post that is almost 2 years old mate. Going through peoples posting history from a couple of years ago to use against them now is honestly one of my pet hates. Peoples views and opinions are continually evolving and changing, especially over a 2 year period.

No mate, it’s a circular argument and to be honest, I like you so, I’m not going to do the thing.

A point about our forwards turned into a rant about a “ginger skid mark” - a question is, of a Sunday afternoon - do I really want to, have the same circular argument with no new ground broke, I don’t. I just don’t have the interest, no offence. I only read about 60% of the post I could guess the rest. There’s the same five lads who all like each others posts in the Dyche out thing - they’d all just nod with everything your writing, be way more productive with them agreeing with you, for you!

No new ground is broken in here and I’m only interested in a productive conversation, on our goal scoring in terms of performence, because nothing is changing in the short to medium term in terms of personal to be bluntly frank. So the only game in town now in being constructive!

It's good to have an open mind an change opinion. It should be encouraged.

But it's also good to encourage people to sense check their opinion - especially one in which they're calling a guy a skidmark.
