2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

If they are speaking too people and have a plan then fine but as much as I don't like him I don't want him getting the boot for someone such as Moyes. Not the answer for me, even on a temporary basis.
I agree, though if we get to a situation were he’s lost all the players and results are just out of control, then we have to make a change and if they cant get the appointment they want, it will have to be a stop gap.

This doesn’t make any sense. If we lose the next 5 in a row will he not get sacked just because he didn’t get sacked after the defeat to Southampton?

And the answer to that question is very easy. Because we could be a Championship club in 6 months time.
Some fans just haven’t a clue what they’re talking about

Nah I don't want stop gaps, doesn't solve anything just more can kicking. Id rather he just grows a pair and gets off his high horse and makes some much changes off his own back, that is his job after all. Sacking him involves payoffs which has PSR implications then and interim will cost to then be let go again in the summer or 18 months time. Just more financial woe ahead imo.

Nothing will see him sacked. We’ve even beaten by worse teams and he’s stayed, so getting beat by a better team won’t get him sacked.
Why would he pay him off when they get rid In 6 months for nothing.
Just as if. TFG will do whatever they want to once the takeover is complete and they have a record of being ruthless.

It won’t be a huge financial implication, they just pay him for the next 18 months. Getting rid of a couple of out of contract players in the summer covers that. And it doesn’t work like that, dyche imo is already close to going, TFG could already be taking to agents and managers.
So if they get the man they want for a long term appointment, you’re not that bothered about paying dyche off and PSR? Only if it’s a.stop gap

Id rather just let him see out till the end of the season tbh. We won't go down imo. Also no, Id rather change a manger in the summer than now, even if we do the winter window is not a good time to do business anyway.

Lets not put that theory to the test more than we already have.
We ain't going down, I'm no fan of Dyche and am counting down the days till he goes tbh but changing managers mid season is not the best idea for us imo. I just think with the level of rebuilding that needs to be done its better to formulate a plan with a manager/coach and DoF (whoever that might be given Thelwells job looks rocky) Id like to think they are realistically talking to prospective candidates now tbh. Lets get ready and prepared and when the season ends/window opens be ready to go at it and ready to go into a proper pre season under a new manager.

If they take over soon, this clown is gone.
Where is the evidence to suggest this? Apart from "Look what they are dong at Roma"?

The talk coming from the people connected to the club and that includes TFG, "The plan is for Dyche to go till the end of the season".

Never in a million years should this guy have ever been appointed and I`m disappointed by the Evertonians that clamoured for him before the appointment, there was quite a few. I`m not having that no other manager could get a point a game in the time Dyche has been here, to suggest that is a blatant lie.

I believe TFG will sack him as soon as they take over. I believe further that they realise they have to bring in a couple of players in the winter window just to ensure we don’t drop out of the Premier League. TFG cannot take a chance on the players and management we have currently will ensure Premiership football next year. The consequences of playing Championship football at the new stadium are dire. So a couple of new players but certainly not the type of players Dyche would want, that would just be more of the same. One thing that Dyche has shown is that if you’re not his type of player you don’t play. If two new players are brought in and Dyche stays then he will most likely leave them out of the team. TFG need to ensure we stay up, they will bring in someone on a short term deal to get us through this season and use the internet to get somebody they really want and the revival will start from next year.
