2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

£604k a win

But yeah, we can’t afford to sack him

Is he paid too much? Probably, but we still have to pay him if he's sacked. It's not like we free up that money by firing him, so it's not really relevant to whether we can afford to.

I obviously don't know what finances are like, but it's not beyond the realms that we might not have the finances to pay him off and pay somebody else. It's certainly not beyond the realms that neither party (TFG or Moshiri) are prepared to take the hit of firing at this moment in time.

Well thats a HUGE risk imo.

We are sinking fast under this fella, and for the sake of a few mil which in todays market within football is sod all, when the consequences of that could go into hundreds of millions if the worst happens.

Well, let's hope we win tomorrow, because that's where I will be at otherwise. I will be just hoping TFG come in asap and swing the axe from that moment if we don't win.

You told me all these clubs have spent 100’s of millions more than us and I’ve just showed you it’s not the case. You can show me as many pictures as you like.
Brighton in 5 years are spending 8.5mil a season and have finished 9th twice , 6th and are currently 4th it’s called good recruitment and getting in good managers. We’ve appointed terrible managers and had poor recruitment.

Go back 5 years and our squad would have cost 300mil more than the likes of Brighton, Brentford, Bournemouth and Forest. You don’t need to spend half a billion to challenge the top 6. It’s myth being Peddled by dyche and his lackey’s
You’re mental if you think you can use Brighton as an example. They’ve spent an absolute fortune, didn’t they drop 200m or near enough this summer?

Yes our recruitment has been abysmal, we’ve been woefully ran from the top for 6/7 years - that’s not on Dyche! That’s the entire point I’m making mate thank you 😂😂😂.

We spent a lot of money, on crap!

You now have at least 14/15 teams with way better squads that have been assembled with a lot more money. Incidentally a lot of them have got it there/thereabouts right. Look at Bournemouth, sold Solanke and got Porto’s number 9 - how does that happen?!

Thanks for agreeing with me finally.

The best case scenario is we win tomorrow and Saturday then they come in and wield the axe.

At least the starting position for the new manager will look a lot more healthier.
