2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

Here is how it's going to go.

We'll lose to Villa, super hostile crowd and Dyche will get sacked. Baines will be appointed caretaker, Goodison will be roaring and we'll beat Spurs, who will then sack Ange.

Brighton & Leicester will decide if Baines sees out the season as caretaker or if we have an appointment lined up going into the break.

Thank me later.
Just need those lotto numbers mate if you can come up with them 😉 I think your on the money I don't see any other options we have.

Won't it be Paul Tait as he's the under 21s manager??

Little bit like this!

That’s the first team defensive shape during a match

For all the defending of dyche the simple fact remains that he has gone backwards since last season. We as fans can see it through tactics he implements , the lack of possession and chances created but having less points than the season with a points deduction is simply not good enough.

A manager given time is meant to grow and improve. Dyche has players bought for him, and he didn't lose any major players from the starting 11 in the summer.

Dyche is going backwards in a time where if we had attacked a little more, scored the odd goal more , would be a completely different season for him. We aren't scoring, we aren't winning and we are playing for 0-0s. It's clear the only thing holding us back from having a comfortable season and a relegation battle is dyche himself.

The worst team in the league has only one win all season and it was us. All because we went into that game trying not to lose when nearly every other side went there and won.

Because Wolves, Palace and Ipswich don't sleep and started getting decent results.

2 wins 3 defeats, gives the same as 1 win 3 draws

It's not just the points return though is it? It's the complete regression and abject incompetence to try and score goals.

We look like a team on the slide. Whereas in previous spells under Dyche we've played well, made chances but just haven't found the net. It is worrying.

He's as good as gone now which he throughly deserves. I just hope we actually have a plan regarding who we replace him with because sacking without any clear vision of what comes next as as big a part of the reason we're in our current position as anything. By all means get rid but we can't afford to take a chance on another experiment.
