Pat Nevin on Irish radio now saying Everton should 100% keep Dyche. They'd be mad to fire him.
Wonder if there's an undercurrent of pros and people in the game advising TFG to keep him
TFG aren’t listening to pundits or anyone else on what to do

It's Spitty he's irrelevant.
shurrup mate he will be soonDyche hasn`t been sacked and will still be here for the forseeable...
We all know why. Deep down, we all knowI genuinely don't understand how he's been around Sky so long.
He's awful - comes across like a genuinely unbearable and unlikeable person - and talks absolutely garbage. It's so weird.
I`m just as disappointed and angry as you but he hasn`t been sacked, its just hear say and isnt correct.shurrup mate he will be soon

I'm not saying they are. There’s a reason these people don’t work in football in any meaningful capacity, because they’re absolutely clueless. If our owners are taking advice from Pat Nevin I’ll be seriously alarmed.
The article above about Illy having success under Dyche’s tutelage seems biased at best. He’s forced to play out of his natural position. And when he does what he does best, the tactics get him trapped by three fullbacks and none of our strikers have been taught to move and create an outlet for him. It’s such a basic technique in all sports taught at the youngest age. Whenever your teammate gets double or triple teamed, then that many people are open. Don’t just stand there. Move.
End bit

I just wonder if there's a level of ex pro or person in the game who thinks the safe thing to do is to tough it out till the summer.
No one has really come out and said Everton NEED to switch it up
Interesting.
All the over the hill pundits want us to keep him. He is what they know, a throwback to the days when they played and more importantly he is one of the few British managers operating in the Premier League. I heard Ally McCoist saying much the same thing. I would love to hear their rationale for keeping him apart from the rubbish they spout about him being experienced in a relegation battle, he is only experienced in relegation battles because he isn’t good enough to win enough games to have his teams further up the league. They are yesterday men lining up to speak for another yesterday man, shouldn’t be given airtime.Pat Nevin on Irish radio now saying Everton should 100% keep Dyche. They'd be mad to fire him.
