2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

I hope he gets sacked but still attends the press conference all indignant and confrontational like in the jack Nicholson film , a few good men.

Reporter: so sean did you ever have any intent on winning games or was just aim for a draw?

Dyche: Everton fans can't handle the truth, they want a romantic storybook season at Goodison ending with an European places, i live and breath the hoof ball to prevent the club from plummeting into chaos of relegation as those fans don't know the unfortunate reality of this club...all while he is sweating profusely like he just ate a spicy curry

Here’s a crazy thought. If they don’t want to make a manager change till summer, can’t they at least impose some sensible changes, like hiring dedicated set piece and striker coaches?
There isn't really a good way to hire people that the manager doesn't want to work under the manager.

It's also a bit messy to hire people now when a new manager is going to take charge and want his own people.

The other piece is it probably won't make a huge difference at this point.

I disagree completely. They’re clearly not being coached in these areas, and we’re currently paced for relegation. It’s fire him now or force changes in how he prepares the team.

He said on his podcast they would really rather not have to move him till the summer as the manager they want is in a job. But surely the results speak for themselves??? It won't improve until he goes so find someone available. I am hoping they are sorting out who is coming before they sack him as they did with Roma....
This confuses me. So the manager they want in a job, so try and get him, what difference does it make in the summer. I think this is rubbish

I think its to late. Even without Dychie that team will go down. To many players are not good enough, not interested, soon out of the door, drained of all energy, having no tactical training for ages. A team put together by youtube videos without a functioning midfield with not a single forward of premier league class, and with 2 fullbacks almost 80 years old.
