If these owners think a resounding victory against Peterborough (probably unlikely tbf) is enough evidence that Dyche can get us quickly away from the threat of relegation they are in for a rude awakening in the following games against very good opposition. If they dally any longer the January window will be lost.

Surely there are people at the club with first hand knowledge of this (Thelwell) who will be advising them? Please don't be another shambles of ownership. We need the change to come asap, absolutely before Villa (but won't happen).

I think its to late. Even without Dychie that team will go down. To many players are not good enough, not interested, soon out of the door, drained of all energy, having no tactical training for ages. A team put together by youtube videos without a functioning midfield with not a single forward of premier league class, and with 2 fullbacks almost 80 years old.

There is a chance…that’s why u need to take the risk to find out…

To many players are not good enough, not interested, soon out of the door, drained of all energy, having no tactical training for ages. Add two good but not spectacular players to our starting xi and we're comfortably mid-table. Let's see what the owners have in terms of ambition.

He’s well into the time frame that some good old garden leave would be fine tbh.

But there's also the element of players not being good on the ball and or wanting it. No one asking for it regardless of it the instruction are to punt it.

Doucoure isn't going to drop deep for the ball. He's awful at his feet. McNeil does but he's not playing. The example shows Gana (an experienced player) panicking outside the box losing the ball. Garner wouldn't but he's not playing.

The wide players apart from Ndiaye can't beat a man either.

Regardless of manager, they can improve but you won't see some complete overhaul unless better technical players are brought in.

More than that for me is there is a clear instruction not to support the striker. We literally never commit more than 1 in the box, unless it’s a corner.

Then you have the likes of Harrison and co being asked to cut inside, rather than whip it in, when in the odd occasion we have an attack with more than one on the box.

I get the style of football to a point. I have seen us struggle to make a 5 yard pass on too many occasions but not trying to commit any support to the striker is just criminal.

She knows and she will. She really is a good reporter but she knows as an employee of the BBC she can't directly call him a clueless bell. I bet she wants to though.
