I've never been a Dychette as you know, and I've literally just said i'm not disappointed by the decision - the last few games had been enough to convince me it was time. The timing of the decision and the statement are really really poor, I don't really know how anyone can dispute that to be honest.

I have no sympathy for him unfortunately as his attitude towards the fans has been disgraceful for the best part of 18 months. Keyboard warriors, expecting Europe, this is what they do here (leave early) all the gaslighting. What comes around goes around.

people really do enjoy a good moan , yesterday everyone was irrate and panicked that dyche would never get sacked now there's ire because of the circumstances he was sacked. The Everton fanbase is truly exasperating I'm elated

Yeah, this forum has been abusing and vilifying Dyche every other post. The ‘classless statement’ shouts are a bit hollow.

I mentioned a few weeks back a pts target of 21pts at this stage for Dyche to stay on or be fired. Makes sense for them to pull the trigger.

However, the timing is a little odd...not yesterday but today right before a cup match.

I suspect they must have someone lined up or feel confident with Baines/Coleman ?

Poor form in that statement, he deserved thanks and a bit more respect.
I'm all for cold headed business decisions and efficiency, but none of that is compromised by some courtesy and respect.

Rumour is he told TFG that he could have taken the team as far as he can and they`ve asked him to resign which was declined.

No idea if true or not, I wouldn`t like to say, you make your mind up.

Absolutely no thanks at all in the club statement, which regardless of how things have been of late he deserves for getting us away from relegation twice. Bit poor that, suggests something quite acrimonious has occurred.

I suspect it's simply a case of complete incompetence from the media team. Nothing new there
