people really do enjoy a good moan , yesterday everyone was irrate and panicked that dyche would never get sacked now there's ire because of the circumstances he was sacked. The Everton fanbase is truly exasperating I'm elated

I've never been a Dychette as you know, and I've literally just said i'm not disappointed by the decision - the last few games had been enough to convince me it was time. The timing of the decision and the statement are really really poor, I don't really know how anyone can dispute that to be honest.

People moaning about the club statement- he's been handsomely compensated from his time here, im sure he could care less about being piped off by the website admin.

Whatever the reason for the timing and the tenor of the statement, none of us know what's really been going on behind the scenes. What if Dyche forced their hand with how he was acting toward them or something? I mean, there's way too much unknown to be judging them too harshly on this. It's not as if they called him names or anything.

It's hard to read that statement, and think about its timing, without thinking something big happened today.

Depends how it went down behind the scenes. If he stripped naked and started screaming at the freidkins that he is god and windmilling his willy around a snow-covered finch farm, they would probably be a bit disgruntled and any such statement announcing his dismissal would be blunt.

It's the right decision after the last few months, where he clearly showed his limits. Nonetheless, I want to thank him for keeping us in the prem in his first season, and got us through some of the worst period with points deductions.

If they were going to sack him, he should have been sacked on Monday at the latest. Let's say Tuesday to allow for cross-Atlantic flights.

But now?

I'm nervous now about the "succession". There doesn't seem to have been a plan ready for execution. The only thing they have executed is Dyche...

Personally think they were keeping him on, until they had a deal done for the next manager mate and i think thats the case, ill be amazed and very annoyed if they dont have our next manager done already.

Be very stupid if they dont.
