Sean Dyche - What type of Player will he go for?

Quite funny that his success was built on maintaining a squad that read like a WW1 regiment for years on end, and then he spent out on Cornet and the whole thing collapsed.

Once bitten...

What a shocking thread. Totally depressing reading all this.
I reckon Moyes will be back in charge eventually anyway. This manager won’t last
Dyche’s decision making is poor and is too loyal to bad players.

Chris Wood looks an obvious signing for next season regardless of the division.

Beyond that I'm not sure. It's not like his Burnley midfield was full of 6ft + powerhouses like say a Pulis or Big Sam team. It had all of McNeill, Brownhill and Ashley Westwood starting most weeks this time last year so no reason at all why Garner can't establish himself in the team now he's finally fit.

This is a fair point. Sister moved not too far from Burnley and considering its geographically close to liverpool and Manchester, it's an absolute ballache to get to.
I can't imagine foriegners thinking it'd be a place to live

Not strictly true.

The start of the Yorkshire Dales ( Skipton ) is thirty minutes drive from Burnley and from there onwards, the area is stunningly beautiful and very expensive to live in some parts.

Admittedly there is zero nightlife, but there are some seriously good places to eat and drink.

I'll take your word for it. Getting from Liverpool is a proper PITA.

I run around there quite a bit and have to got to know the area really well over the years.

It’s become one of my favourite places to spend weekends away now, as it’s much much less busy than the Lakes and the standard of food / drink is generally better too.

It’s actually easier to get to than most places in the Lakes.
