No guarantee another manager would have kept as up and look who leeds and leicester had to resort too
No guarantee Dyche would, i mean for all his supporters we still could of been relegated with just 1 minute left of the season.
We never so well done to him.
Don't get me wrong out of the 3 of them i would choose Dyche every time but that's a very low bar were measuring up against.

The other 2 teams, one was on its 3rd manager of this season and the other have i don't know how many players leaving in the summer.

Except we were manager-less when we went to Dyche offering a job. We weren't going to give Bielsa £11m to manage the kids and we were in no position to pay £5-10m compensation to club for a manager already in a job + the salaries and bonuses of the backroom on top. Dyche held the cards, and he is no mug. It's exactly why he stood firm on the 2.5 year contract and because the club needed him more than he needed us, he got exactly the contract he wanted.
I think we dodged a huge bullet with Squatting Marco

To be fair to him, we don’t need an all star manager at the moment.

We need to walk before we start running again.
100%. I loved his attitude after securing safety. He realized the job was not over, but was just beginning and showed every sign of planning to immediately get back to work. No celebrating a position we never should have been in, but instead an intent to ensure we are not there again.

…if they’d not given him another two years I reckon they’d be desperately trying to give him three now & he’d demand more monies.
Then he could go now and save us the trouble of sacking him mid-seaon.

Not that he'd have many other offers to leverage against us.

Thinking about that last few days. There is an argument to say we could/should have been long gone by then. We played 3/4 quarters of the season with no striker. And its not like the midfield was full of goals and quality.
4 Days on from the last day im still surprised we are in this league next year.

I was wrong about Dyche and I take back everything that was said. He unlocked elite tier doucoure. He should get a war chest and the season 100%
Let’s do a season review with you too. BlueStevie after we get relegated let’s see how far you supported the man that put us out of the EPL. :) bookmarked. Again don’t go back and delete your messages like a little rat. You must admit to your faults.
Lol.

You complete know nothing Koppite ballbag.

We have to face reality that we have one of the worst squads in the Premier League and are unlikely to improve this without extremely savvy recruitment this summer.

We probably won't have much money to spend and are going to have to unearth Pienaar, Arteta and Cahill type gems I.e. Championship players with potential or players that have done well in other leagues, got transfered to bigger clubs and flopped.

Not going to be easy at all. We need to sign some pace at the back and up front and some out and out creativity.. One hell of a summer awaits, but Dyche has massively earnt the right to try to shape a team..

I suppose this is what happens when your director of football seemingly has no contacts in the game outside of people he met while working at Wolves.

Doucore just returned his best numbers since joining Everton and that with only playing half a season. An improvement.

McNeil was inconsistent (at best) under Lampard and his levels of performance improved significantly under Dyche in terms of work-rate, goals and assists. Managing him before is only relevant insofar as he knew how to get the best out of him, ergo improving him.
You could literally say that about everyone, bar Maups

All of them? Is he a manger or a coach or neither?

We can't spend much money so we need to get the maximum out of these players.
If there was no improvement with these players since dyche came in. We would be playing championship football nxt season.

What we have to remember tho is we haven't got a squad of players with much room in there ability too Improve.

It was more about Improving Tactics/Gameplay and Self Belief.

And a God Damn Hell of a lot of luck.....
